Hillside Residence
This one-acre property in South Eugene, which had been left neglected for years, underwent a transformative cleanup. After clearing the area, invasive plants were replaced using sheet mulching techniques to promote soil development. Additionally, the landscape was enhanced with native plantings, hemlock mulch, the creation of walking paths, a stone patio, and the establishment of fruit guilds. These improvements not only restored the land's natural beauty but also supported local biodiversity and ecological health.
